JLH are currently on the hunt for a hands on Executive Chef to run the kitchen of this fantastic four star hotel in the Bracknell area. This hotel which is well known for delivering quality weddings and events as well as impressive restaurant is looking for a Chef that is able to deliver high quality and high volume food.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering at least one rosette quality whilst delivering events for 300 people, you need to be a real all rounder. Our client is not looking for just a talented cook but also an experienced kitchen manager who can keep on top of GP''s, wages, Health and Safety and staff development
