Residential Care Worker - Children''s Home (EBD) Job description About Us Assist Care is a 2 bed Children''s Home (EBD) in Coventry specialising in providing trauma-informed care to children with Emotional and/or Behavioural Difficulties. Role: Residential Support Worker - Children s Home (EBD) Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour + £60 sleep-in. (£31,700 to £33,800 including sleeps). Shift pattern: 1 on / 2 off or 2 on / 4 off. 10am start to 10am finish the following day, including a sleep in at the home. The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications/Requirements: Must have a valid Right To Work in the UK. Must be aged 21 and above. Must hold UK Manual Drivers Licence Have NVQ Level 3 or above in children''s residential care or equivalent or willing to work towards. Detailed knowledge of the children''s home regulations and standards Evidence of having transferable skills that you can bring to our children''s home Must be fully flexible in working hours Monday - Sunday, including sleeps.
