What You''ll Do:




  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen


  • Lead and motivate the team, especially during peak service


  • Deliver fresh, seasonal food to a high standard - consistently


  • Help plan and deliver private dining and events


  • Maintain kitchen standards and compliance procedures


  • Bring energy, reliability and a proactive attitude to every shift

  • Strong experience in a fresh food kitchen, preferably high volume or fast-paced environments
