Head of Commercial Operations required for an leading precision engineering company, serving industries such as Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Food and Beverage and Chemical Processing with critical components from multiple global locations including 4 UK sites.This opportunity is based in Huddersfield, meaning the successful Head of Commercial Operations will be able to commute from surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities of the Head of Commercial Operations will include;Achieve business targets across all product rangesMaximise quotation potential via the Internal Sales DepartmentProvide detailed and accurate forecasting and budgets (weekly, monthly and quarterly)Develop actions plans to penetrate new marketsManage the product mix, project pricing and marginsDevelop relationships with existing and new customersAssist in project tender proposals and presentations with the External Sales DepartmentFor the role of Head of Commercial Operations we are keen to receive applications from individuals who have;Experience as Head of Commercial Operations, Head of Sales or similar within an Engineering or Manufacturing environmentExperience managing sales teams and delivering targetsHNC or Degree qualified (preferred)Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industryStrong analytical skillsSalary and Benefits;Extremely competitive salary (depending on experience)20-30% Annual bonus26 Days annual leave + Bank holidaysUp to 8% employer contributionsMon - Thur 8am - 4.30pmFri - 8am - 1pmEnhanced company sick ..... full job details .....
