OverviewAn established Architectural practice are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Design (BR PD). You would join an established team to ensure Building Regulation compliance on a variety of HRB and Non-HRB projects up to £100 million in value. Their well-established processes and systems set them apart from much of the industry, providing you with an excellent opportunity to advance your career. You would work in a Hybrid pattern from their London office.

Responsibilities

Provide Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) / Design Coordination input in relation to the Building Regulations.

Work with the team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to Building Regulation requirements.

Coordinate design work to ensure compliance across HRB and Non-HRB projects up to £100 million in value.

Requirements

Confident in Building Regulation and Gateway knowledge (required).

Minimum of 4 years of project experience post ARB / ACIAT certification (required).

Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / ARB / MCIAT (preferred).

Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred).

RIBA / CIAT Principal Designer HRB or Non-HRB status (preferred).
