BOARD MEMBERS (Voluntary) Would you like to join the Board of a successful, small community-based registered provider of social housing based in Penge, Southeast London. They own and manage around 650 homes, including homes that they own and those that they manage as part of our partnership with the London Borough of Bromley. They are passionate about working together with their residents and making a positive impact on their community. These are exciting and challenging times. In 2023 they took over another small housing association and in July 2024 they entered into a long-term partnership with the London Borough of Bromley to manage their housing stock on their behalf; these two opportunities mean they have doubled in size over the last 2 years. They are now seeking three new Board Members who can provide leadership, support and challenge to enable them to deliver their vision and corporate objectives in an ever-changing operating environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring their continuing success, protecting our residents, viability, reputation and integrity. They are looking for people with leadership and governance experience and a passion for making a real difference.
