Customer Service Executive - MRO

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role that supports both office operations and workshop production planning, ensuring efficient progression of customer orders from initial quote through to delivery and invoicing. Role: Customer Support Executive Pay: On Application Location: Greater Manchester Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00 Status: PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track customer order progress in collaboration with the Workshop ManagerPrepare and manage cost quotations for customersRaise and manage purchase orders with suppliersProduce and update weekly customer status reportsGenerate and manage customer invoicesMonitor and progress customer orders through internal systemsProcess and manage warranty-related ordersProvide general administrative and coordination support to ensure customer satisfactionExperienceExperience in office administration and production or planning environmentsExperience in Aviation or in a technical or manufacturing/engineering settingStrong organisational and multitasking skillsConfident with managing customer and supplier communicationCompetent in using MS Office and business systems for data entry and reportingGood attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completionLine Up Aviation has carved its own place in the recruitment of Aviation and Aerospace personnel all over the world for more than 30 years.
