Job Title: Nursery Teaching Assistants (Level 3)

Salary: -14.2517 per hour

About the Role:
Empowering Learning are seeking enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistants (Level 3) to join many of the private day nurseries we work with in the Guisborough area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young children and contributing to their early development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the learning and development of children in the nursery setting
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
• Observe and record children''s progress

Requirements:

• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to purchase one
