This permanent position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality HR advice, support managers and staff across the employee lifecycle, and contribute to service improvements, employee relations, recruitment, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and strategic people projects, including policy development, organisational change, engagement initiatives and process improvement. 48,396 - 55,644The ideal candidate will have gained experience within the Charity, Not for Profit or Education sector.The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of UK employment law, broad HR generalist experience, and the confidence to manage a range of employee relations casework, including absence, performance, grievance, disciplinary and capability matters.
