You will deliver manufacturing targets by ensuring the process equipment is maintained to a high standard. The maintenance team will assist in projects to deliver quality, productivity, safety and cost reductions.Duties will include: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production and site equipment Diagnose and repair electrical faults on machinery, including control panels, PLCs, and inverter drives Support mechanical maintenance activities where required (e.g. bearings, belts, gearboxes, pneumatics) Respond rapidly to breakdowns, minimising downtime and production disruption Work on electrical installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects Fault find on automation systems, including PLCs (e.g. Siemens, Fanuc) Complete all maintenance records accurately using a PC based system ..... full job details .....
