What you''ll be doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, retail performance and team development
• Leading and inspiring a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
• Driving key retail KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Building community relationships and delivering in-store events
• Supporting training, coaching and recruitment of the team
• Championing sustainability and purpose-led retail initiatives

What we''re looking for

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or lifestyle retail environment
• Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards targets and KPIs
• A natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing others
• Someone who takes pride in high standards and store operations
• Passion for sustainability and connecting with the local community
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
