Job Description:Senior Structural Engineer

Would you be interested in joining a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy at their Winchester office?

The work includes a wide variety of building structures projects, including large complex schemes up to £200m, and smaller, local client schemes. Projects are both UK and international, with clients such as F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, schools/universities, contractors, and developers.

The firm has been operating for over 50 years, invests in its people, and keeps up to date with new technologies. They have low staff turnover and pride themselves on technical excellence and timely project delivery.

You will be responsible for providing and managing a wide range of structural engineering services and will have opportunities to be involved in various tasks, from surveys of large commercial and industrial buildings to design of blue light services buildings and challenging multi-storey developments. You will also oversee and mentor junior team members and manage projects.

Ideally, you should be Chartered MICE or MIStructE or nearing this status.

You must be experienced in concrete and steel design and able to use finite element software such as Tekla, Tedds, and Scia.
