Night HGV Driver and Operative START ASAP!This post is not a full-time driving role but a role for an individual with HGV driving qualifications and experience.Role ContextOver the last decade, our client has grown significantly and continues to expand its portfolio of works requiring a dedicated team and resource to enable the company to deliver the best possible service to all clients. The Company undertakes works to restore some of the most important and historic buildings in London such as the National Gallery and the Bank of England .Role PurposeThis role will support the team through loading, unloading, driving and operating of truck mounts, MEWPS, company lorries and vehicles whilst supporting our client s on-site teams with various tasks involved with cleaning and restoring of buildings. Hours of work are typically between 20:30pm 05:30am.Key Responsibilities:Driving and operating truck mounts, MEWPS and company lorries and vehicles.Loading, unloading, and strapping down of vehicles.Ability to complete thorough vehicle checks for road worthiness.Assisting specialists in completion of their duties and on-site support including basic construction tasks.Disseminating health and safety information and documents ensuring all is completed compliant.Responding to enquiries.Working and communicating well within a team.Meeting clients and fostering relationships.Essential Skills, Experience, and Requirements:MUST HAVE a category C driving licence / Class 2 (with C+E / Class 1 ..... full job details .....
