Document Controller – £35,000–£40,000 + Benefits
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk | £70m Commercial Development

I’m currently working with a Tier 1 commercial construction contractor who are looking to add an experienced Document Controller to their team on a major £70m commercial development in Bury St Edmunds.

This is a great opportunity for a Document Controller who has experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects and is looking for a role with a little more responsibility than a traditional document control position.

Alongside the usual document control duties, you’ll have involvement in areas including:

• QA auditing and checking project documentation
• Managing and transmitting information across project teams
• Maintaining accurate document registers and project records
• Supporting the collation and handover of certification and completion documentation
• Ensuring information is issued accurately and to the correct stakeholders
• Working closely with site, commercial, design and wider project teams

You don''t necessarily need previous experience covering all of the above – the key requirement is a solid background in document control within large-scale commercial construction, alongside strong attention to detail and the ability to manage information across a busy project environment.
