Service Designer - 6 months - London (Hybrid) - £750-£800 per day Inside IR35 - SC/DV Clearance A major government organisation is seeking an experienced Service Designer to support the design and improvement of critical digital services used across a complex multi-stakeholder environment. This is an opportunity for a highly autonomous Service Designer who can confidently lead service design activities from discovery through to delivery. Working alongside Product Managers, User Researchers and delivery teams, you will be responsible for mapping customer journeys, developing service blueprints and shaping end-to-end user experiences across a range of digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be comfortable facilitating workshops, conducting design activities and engaging stakeholders across large organisations to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation. Please note, active SC Clearance or transferable SC Clearance is required, with active DV Clearance being desirable.
