Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, seamless, and professional service to clients while supporting the day-to-day administration of financial planning activities. Key Responsibilities Managing client correspondence and building strong, lasting client relationships. Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products. Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation. Coordinating client meetings and managing Financial Planner diaries. Obtaining provider illustrations, valuations, and product information. Maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-presented client records using Intelligent Office (IO). Handling client enquiries and liaising with providers to ensure timely resolution of requests. Providing comprehensive back-office and administrative support to the advice team. Ensuring all work is completed in line with internal procedures, FCA regulations, and compliance standards.
