QA Automation Engineer - C# / SeleniumHours - 11am - 7pm Predominantly RemoteRole Overview:The QA Automation Engineer will develop test approaches, estimates, and plans for complex systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.Key Responsibilities: Ensure excellence and coherence in software system endpoints. Provide input on functional requirements and advise on client software design. Deliver testable requirements and apply appropriate testing techniques. Lead user story and test case development and execution. Design, develop, document, and maintain test artifacts. Create test plans and prepare test data and environments. Execute automated tests and generate reports. Analyze test results to identify defects and advise on severity. Perform defect triage and assess impact and resolution. Publish effective test metrics for decision-making. Recommend delivery quality improvements and influence implementation decisions. Coordinate with team members on-site, off-site, and off-shore.Proficiencies: QA Automation best practices. Test Case/Script Design and Implementation. Business Applications (Microsoft Suite, including Visio, Project). Strong communication, negotiation, critical thinking, leadership, customer service, and collaboration skills.Qualifications: 3+ years QA automation experience. 5+ years QA experience with Test and Issues Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
