Ruckus experience is preferredThe successful candidate will be responsible for installing ,troubleshooting Fortinet and Netgear networking hardware and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Duties include (but not limited to)Provide hands-on 2nd and 3rd-line support across customer network environments.Support and administer NETGEAR switching and wireless infrastructure, including VLANs, trunking, PoE and access-point configuration.Investigate complex LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity incidents escalated by the service desk.Diagnose performance, routing, firewall, switching and wireless issues using monitoring and diagnostic tools.Liaise with customers, third-party carriers and vendors to resolve faults and manage technical escalations.Maintain network documentation, configurations, diagrams and knowledge-base articles.Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to 1st-line engineers. ..... full job details .....
