Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you''ll ensure day-to-day maintenance is carried out effectively, machinery uptime is maximised, and all team members operate safely and efficiently.This is a predominantly tool-based role, where you''ll remain involved on the tools while also managing shift organisation, team performance, and maintenance priorities.
