HLTA - Role Overview As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Responsibilities include: Delivering pre-planned lessons and covering classes in the absence of the teacher. Leading small group and one-to-one interventions to support progress and attainment. Supporting pupils with SEND, EAL, or additional learning needs. Assisting with lesson planning, resource preparation, and assessment activities.
