English Teacher (KS4 and KS5 Specialism)

We are currently seeking a passionate and committed English Teacher with a Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 specialism to join a supportive and forward thinking secondary school.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher looking to develop their career in a positive and inclusive environment. The role is initially long term, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

• Teaching English across KS4 and KS5
• Delivering engaging, high quality lessons that inspire learners
• Supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be an enthusiastic and confident English teacher
• Have experience teaching at KS4 and ideally KS5
• Set high expectations for both themselves and their students
• Be committed to raising attainment and progress
• Have a passion for English and inspiring young people
• Work well as part of a team and build strong relationships
