Plant OperativeLocation: Port Clarence, Middlesbrough, TS2 1SF Pay Rate: 14.24 per hour + Overtime paid at 21.36 per hourShift PatternWeekly rotating shifts:Days: 6:00am - 2:30pmBacks: 2:00pm - 10:30pmNights: 10:00pm - 6:30amPlease note: Due to the site location and shift start/finish times, candidates must have their own reliable transport and be able to travel to site for all shifts.About the RoleWe are recruiting Plant Operatives to join our client based at Port Clarence, Middlesbrough.Working within a safety-critical production environment, you will be responsible for the inspection, handling, filling and movement of gas cylinders while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational performance.This is an ongoing opportunity with full training provided; however, applicants with previous manufacturing, process, industrial or COMAH experience are particularly encouraged to apply.Key DutiesQuality inspect and refurbish gas cylinders, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with operational standards.Fill cylinders with pressurised gas in accordance with site procedures.Safely load and unload cylinders onto pallets, cages and vehicles.Carry out cylinder maintenance and inspection activities as required.Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.Follow all site procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work.Report hazards, near misses and incidents promptly.Maintain high housekeeping standards within the production ..... full job details .....
