Telesales Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Account Manager to join a growing commercial team. This role is central to driving revenue growth by converting inbound enquiries and proactive outbound activity into long term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities Sales and Account Management . Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and CRM, engaging professionally and confidently with potential customers. . Proactively generate new business through outbound calling and targeted prospect lists. . Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services. . Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, quoting, negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery teams. . Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term value.Collaboration and Administration . Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to share customer feedback and pipeline updates. . Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions within the CRM system. . Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Experience and Skills Proven experience in telesales, lead conversion, or outbound sales roles. Confident making high-volume calls and managing a structured sales pipeline. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, customer focused approach.
