Sales Progressor
to join a dynamic team and help drive forward our customer journey from reservation to completion.Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of residential property sales. You’ll be the key liaison between buyers, solicitors, agents, and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the sales process.Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales pipeline from reservation through to legal completionLiaise with purchasers, solicitors, agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely progressionProvide regular updates to all stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communicationProactively identify and resolve any issues that may delay sales progressionMaintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirementsSupport the sales and customer service teams to deliver a best-in-class buyer experienceRequirements
Proven experience in a similar sales progression role, ideally within residential property or new homesStrong knowledge of the conveyancing process and UK residential property marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage a high-volume caseloadProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeSeniority level
