Credit Controller (6-Month Contract / Temporary)
Location: Partington – Office based for 3 months, then hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days WFH)
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and hardworking Credit Controller to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced finance environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and has a passion for cash collection and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chase payment for aged debt from a portfolio of customers using multiple communication methods
• Allocate and reconcile cash across multi-currency debtor accounts
• Enter and communicate customer disputes promptly, liaising with regional contacts
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account and customer issues
• Monitor and manage aged debt to maximise cash collection
• Produce and distribute reporting packs within specified deadlines
• Work closely with the team to achieve group targets and objectives

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Strong team player with the ability to quickly establish relationships
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and open to flexible ways of working, with a willingness to learn new processes
• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience preferred
