Role & Responsibilities:

• Assemble products to specs and drawings
• Follow wiring diagrams and complete wiring tasks
• Meet production targets and maintain workflow
• Perform quality checks and basic testing
• Prepare components for assembly
• Follow health & safety standards
• Keep workspace clean and organised
• Work with production and engineering teams

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Read wiring diagrams and technical instructions
• Assembly experience (electrical/mechanical)
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Health & safety awareness
• Teamwork and communication
• Time management and reliability
• Proactive and adaptable mindset
