Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Southampton

Salary: -60 - -70K + Package + Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial management of projects, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Assist in the procurement and administration of subcontractor packages
• Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment
• Contribute to monthly cost/value reconciliation and financial reporting
• Work closely with operational teams to support project delivery and identify commercial risks and opportunities

Experience:

• Ideally experienced in new build schemes valued above -10m
• Experience in NEC form of Contract
• Experience within one of the following sectors: industrial, commercial, healthcare, education
