Much of the work available is almost exclusively direct client work on behalf of many UK-based and multinational companies across numerous sectors.

There is a good proportion of drafting and prosecution work, complemented by FTO, infringement and validity and other contentious areas of IP. You should possess an innate interest in the commercial aspects of IP work, as well as an ability to express complex information in a clear and concise manner.
