We’re looking for a

Finance Business Partner

who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about turning numbers into narratives. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with teams across the organisation, helping them understand their budgets, manage performance, and make sound financial decisions that support our long-term goals.

What You Will Be Doing

Partner with operational teams

to embed strong financial management practices, providing support and challenge where needed.

Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Bring financial results to life , explaining variances (positive and negative), identifying risks and opportunities, and helping others understand the story behind the numbers.

Join

project teams

as the financial voice, guiding investment decisions, modelling scenarios, and ensuring financial compliance.

Provide clear, insightful reporting and analysis to support business cases and ongoing performance improvement.

Support financial governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a finance role such as

Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, or Finance Business Partner .

Comfortable communicating financial information to

non-finance audiences , with clarity, influence, and impact.

Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills; you know how to spot trends, interpret variances, and translate them into action.

A collaborator by nature, confident, proactive, and solutions-focused.

Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and using Excel and financial systems. (PowerBI and Access Financials are a bonus!)

Part or fully qualified with

ACCA, ACA or CIMA

(or equivalent).
