Registered Manager Residential Care (Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour) We are seeking a strong and experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. This is a leadership role requiring full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, staff management, compliance, and overall quality of care. The successful candidate must be confident in leading teams, making decisions, and driving standards to achieve and maintain a CQC rating of Good or above. Key Responsibilities: Full operational management of the service Leading and developing staff teams Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies Managing safeguarding, incidents, and risk effectively Overseeing care planning, audits, and quality assurance Supporting staff to manage behaviours that challenge safely and consistently Working with external professionals and families Requirements: Previous experience in a management or senior leadership role within a similar setting Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements Proven ability to manage teams and improve service performance Confident in handling safeguarding and complex behaviours Excellent communication and organisational skills What we are looking for: We are looking for a confident and proactive leader who ..... full job details .....
