Design and Build experience and previous hospital/healthcare project experience are essential. The successful Project Manager will have strong experience working in live healthcare environments, managing designers, subcontractors, consultants and specialist supply chains. Key Responsibilities Manage project delivery from initial site mobilisation/shovel in the ground through to handover. Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the £6.5m DandB hospital project, including 4 laboratories. Manage and coordinate architects, designers, consultants and specialist subcontractors. Develop, monitor and maintain the construction programme. Ensure the programme remains on track and key milestones are achieved. Manage the healthcare supply chain and subcontractor performance.
