Management Accountant Competitive Salary - Bracknell (Hybrid) Are you a qualified Management Accountant with experience in a product-led business? Do you enjoy working across multiple entities, solving complex accounting challenges and turning numbers into clear, useful insight? We re looking for a Management Accountant to join a growing international distribution group with several European subsidiaries. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week based in the Bracknell office. The role You ll play a key part in the finance team, taking ownership of accounting and reporting across individual European entities while supporting the preparation of consolidated Group management accounts. It s a varied role covering consolidation, intercompany accounting, inventory, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting, with plenty of opportunity to improve processes as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly Group consolidated management accounts Produce accounts for individual European entities Prepare clear reporting for the Board, lenders and other stakeholders Manage Xero ledgers and key accounting entries Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations Manage inventory accounting, valuation and system reconciliations Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances Produce weekly Group cashflow reporting Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts Support improvements to finance systems, controls and processes What we re looking for To succeed in ..... full job details .....
