HLTA Havering Immediate Start Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Havering on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role: Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2Delivering pre-planned lessons and leading whole class sessions when requiredWorking closely with class teachers to plan and prepare engaging learning activitiesSupporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needsPromote the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom Act as a role model, setting high expectations of conduct and promoting positive pupil behaviourDeal with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school s policies and procedures about health and safety, welfare and wellbeing and safeguardingProvide additional support to the teachers in the classroomsEstablish positive relationships with the pupils in lessons being covered What We''re Looking For: HLTA status or equivalent experiencePrevious experience working within a primary school settingStrong classroom management skillsA genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development Patience, empathy, and adaptabilityA commitment to inclusion and the values of the school The School: Located in Havering with onsite parking availableOffering an inclusive and supportive community that enriches the educational experience.Excellent behaviour management ..... full job details .....
