The Role As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company s market position within the retail sector. You ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing and securing new opportunities on major retail frameworks, with project values typically ranging from £30 50 million. Working closely with senior leadership, estimating and pre-construction teams, you will shape winning strategies and build long-term client relationships.
