This role is available on a temporary or permanent basis, with options for full-time or part-time hours. The ideal candidate will be passionate about English literature and language and committed to delivering high-quality education to students.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver engaging lectures and seminars in English literature and language to a diverse group of students.Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.Evaluate and grade students'' class work, assignments, and papers.Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.Keep abreast of developments in the field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences.Advise students on academic and vocational curricula and on career issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:A degree in English, Literature, or a related field.Proven experience as an English Lecturer or in a similar educational role.Strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching methods for English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire and enthuse students.Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time, and on a temporary or permanent basis.Benefits:Competitive hourly ..... full job details .....
