• Hours and Days of Work: Monday and Thursday 3:00 PM to 07:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Essential Experience: Experience supporting teenagers with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. Ability to confidently support a tall, active young man with moving and handling and community-based activities. *Female applicants only.
• Driver Required: Yes – Automatic WAV vehicle available whilst on duty

As his Support Worker, you will encourage his independence, support his personal care and enjoy a varied, active role alongside a welcoming family. This opportunity is ideal for someone confident supporting teenagers with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy, including moving and handling, who enjoys community-based activities and can build a positive rapport.
