To provide day to day care for service users under supervision of a Clinician which adheres to best practice, standards and guidelines, and contributes towards the service users care and treatment.Work in partnership with service users, other members of the MDT staff as appropriate, to achieve the optimum health outcome for clients.To be part of the MDT in providing a high and consistent level of holistic care, maintaining the dignity and equality of the individual. You will have contact with patients, relatives, other members of the public and professionals from partner organisations.
