We currently looking for candidate will be able to do larder and pastry section as joined section and able to start mid AugustWorking in open plan kitchen with amazing team behind !

Restaurant 90 covers (split between 2 floors with loots of space and prep area .

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chef De Partie involves overseeing a pastry and larder sections .

Preparing high-quality dishes, and assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day to day operation .

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in high-end restaurantsExperience in Japanese cuisine is a plusExtensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practicesAbility to work well under pressure and open kitchenExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong attention to detail and creativity in food presentationPassion for delivering exceptional dining experiencesPositive attitudeWhat We Offer
