Duties:

• Conduct servicing and repairs on vehicles to high quality and safety standards
• Perform diagnostic checks and fault finding using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) according to company protocols
• Support warranty work and ensure digital job cards are accurately completed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet workshop productivity targets
• Support ongoing training and development, particularly in electric and hybrid vehicle technologies

Requirements:

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with competence in repair and servicing
• MOT licence is desirable; full training can be provided for individuals without this qualification
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills, especially in electric and hybrid vehicle diagnostics
• Ability to follow processes, safety regulations, and uphold workshop standards
