Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (on-site) Red One Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Operations Manager to manage our full-time Fire and Rescue Service at Hinkley Point C Europe s largest construction site. The role: As Site Operations Manager, you ll oversee day-to-day operations of the on-site Fire and Rescue Service, leading a team of approximately 50 staff across four watches. This is a key leadership role, balancing strategic oversight with operational readiness and team development. You do not need to come from a fire service background. We are looking for a strong leader with a background in managing large teams, ensuring operational excellence and driving safety and compliance in complex environments such as construction, logistics, manufacturing, engineering or other regulated sectors. You ll foster a proactive health and safety culture, ensure adherence to internal and external policies and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the site.
