We put emphasise on working as a team and truly supporting each other. We have a practice ethos of the animals always coming first so we don''t push you for any financial targets. All non-routine appointments are 20 minutes, and routine appointments are 15 minutes. We have 1 hour lunch breaks that are fully paid as we know emergencies occasionally happen (although this is rare!). Everyone is paid for 30 minutes after the surgery officially closes so we leave on time or early!We know that being a vet must fit around all the other parts of life that are important, so we are open to you working shifts that truly suit you. Would you prefer full or part time? Only certain days of the week? Longer or short days?
