Working closely with Product, Platform and Engineering teams, you''ll develop production-grade AI systems, autonomous agents and LLM-powered applications, helping shape the future of AI across the organisation.

What You''ll Do

• Design and deliver production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI and RAG solutions.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and executing complex workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration, tool integration and advanced retrieval strategies.
• Optimise LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Work with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services using Microsoft Azure.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices.

What You''ll Bring

• Strong Python development experience building production AI applications.
• Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability and production deployment.
