Reporting directly to the CFO, you''ll have autonomy across financial control, reporting, forecasting and finance operations, while helping develop the systems, processes and team needed to support continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead financial control and reporting, including year-end and interim audits, technical accounting and statutory obligations. Own reporting to banks, funders and other stakeholders, including covenant compliance, financial statements and performance reporting. Lead cash management, finance operations, budgeting and forecasting across a multi-entity environment. Develop finance systems, controls and automation while managing the finance team and supporting the CFO on strategic initiatives.
