: Lead multiple projects across teams, owning significant technical components or complex services. Drive the automation and coding of our infrastructure deployments, designing and maintaining continuous delivery pipelines.Technical Excellence

Support Parity’s developers in their contributions to Polkadot/Kusama runtimes and the development of our Polkadot node client and the Polkadot-SDK framework, both written in Rust. : Conceptualize and build innovative infrastructure solutions aimed at improving the experience of working in Polkadot. Take accountability for the delivery of your OKRs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Visibility and Impact
