As the Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for: Provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service. The role sits within our facility support service and covers a diverse range of clients, industries and sectors. You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs. Ideally you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.
