JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Quality Manager - Security Contract: Full-time Location: 1 day/week Nottingham Salary: £42k JOB PURPOSE Our client requires a Senior Quality and Regulation Manager to ensure full regulatory compliance, particularly with SIA requirements. The role ensures all approved Security and Protective Services Centres meet our client s standards, supports new centres through approval, and drives continuous improvement through quality assurance, oversight, and training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and support the Security and Protective Services team and Centre network. Lead centre and qualification approval processes. Conduct and report on complex malpractice/maladministration investigations and implement preventative actions. Provide regulatory information to senior leaders for investigations and complaints. Oversee Centre visit scheduling and observe EQAs to ensure consistent practice. Drive team development, efficiency, and high performance. Represent our client at regulatory meetings. Provide regular reports on internal and external QA matters to ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee External Quality Assurers (Security), including recruitment, training, and standardisation. Lead training and support programmes for approved and prospective centres. Identify and develop resources for security programmes. Maintain a tutor database in line with SIA requirements.
