These are temporary to permanent opportunities, offering the chance to secure a long-term career within an inclusive and supportive college environment.The college supports students aged 16+ across a range of vocational and academic programmes. You will work closely with learners who have a variety of additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Support learners with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, physical disabilities, and speech, language and communication needs.Assist students both in and outside of the classroom to ensure they can fully engage with their studies.Encourage student independence, confidence, and social development.Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams to implement individual support plans.Support students with personal care where ..... full job details .....
