This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking who thrives within a busy high volume role.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the purchase ledger and manage relationships with UK and international suppliers.Process supplier invoices and ensure approvals are obtained in accordance with company policies.Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.Process employee expenses and company credit card transactions.Prepare and process weekly BACS and SEPA payment runs.Create and manage ad-hoc manual bank payments where required.Raise sales invoices and accurately post customer receipts.Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances.Post journals for bank interest, ..... full job details .....
