Impact and Evaluation ManagerThe Impact and Evaluation Manager will build on and shape an evolving charity impact measurement framework.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building an evidence-based culture, integrating both data-driven insights and qualitative narratives to enhance outcomes for young people.You will be working for a charity that transforms the lives of care-experienced young people through employment targeted interventions. Position: Impact and Evaluation ManagerLocation: London Waterloo/Hybrid (2 days in the office for full time and 1 day for part-time staff)Salary: £40,000 £45,000 FTE, pro rata for part-time hoursContract: Maternity cover, fixed-term for 12 months, with potential for extensionHours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (part-time considered)Benefits: 27 days annual leave plus public holidays, 4% employer pension scheme contribution, professional development opportunities, individual professional development allowance and access to a Health Assured Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).Closing Date: 30th September 2026Interview Date: w/c12th October 2026Start Date: from late NovemberAbout the RoleYour work will capture the effectiveness of the wide-ranging services and strengthen the evidence base that reflects the lived experiences of the young people the organisation supports.
