Payroll Assistant (Hybrid)Blantyre Circa 17.50 per hourWe are recruiting a Payroll Assistant on behalf of our client to support the production of the March payroll and year-end payroll processes. An immediate start is preferred, allowing the successful candidate to shadow the current Payroll Manager before handover. This is a temp role until the end of March.37.5 hours per week (flexible working hours)The RoleThis role will focus on running a monthly payroll for approximately 250 employees using Sage Payroll, alongside supporting a TUPE transfer and year-end reporting.Key responsibilities include: Taking ownership of the March monthly payroll Processing payroll using Sage Payroll Managing payroll timelines (pay date: 25th of each month; bank submission mid-month) Running year-end payroll reports Supporting the payroll transfer, including transferring payroll data accurately Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll deadlines are metAbout You Previous experience running payroll independently Strong working knowledge of Sage Payroll Comfortable managing deadlines and working with confidential data Experience with TUPE transfers and year-end payroll processes is highly desirable Able to start at short noticeInterested?Please contact Eilidh Smith at (url removed) or call (phone number removed) for more information.I look forward to hearing from you.Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified ..... full job details .....
